The 5 paths of meditation

In the past year, through my #5waystomeditate series, I introduced you to 5 different ways to meditate in the yoga world. Each technique offers its own benefits and allows to explore meditation under different angles, still bringing us to oneness with all that there is.

The goal of meditation and yoga is to reach Samadhi, a state that eliminates inner agitations and allows us to live in harmony with all that there is.

Though there is no specific order to learn them, i love teaching the techniques in this specific order, in order to help the mind to accustom itself to focus, union and eventually nothingness.
