When I introduce y students to the different breathing techniques, I always first teach them in a very methodic approach. Then, few weeks, later, I start inviting them to connect to this essence, this subtle energy that exists behind the breathing mechanism, the breath.
The breath os what is closer to life and prana, this vitale energy within us (and around us). It is among the most subtil, pure and true thing as us, physical beings. Don’t they say that we come onto this earth with our first breath and leave with our last?
