The last meditation technique is definitely my favorite one as it allows to integrate it all in your daily life.
Technique : Accompany any gesture or activity as your remain conscious of your inner attitude.
Example: doing dishes, cleaning the house, gardening, writing, etc…
Benefits: Will bring you to live daily in a more “meditative” state and if full awareness.
